This morning marked the official opening of Airborne Month at the Airborne Museum in Oosterbeek. The mayors and children’s mayors of Arnhem, Ede, Overbetuwe and Renkum walked under the Airborne Arch together with representatives from the United Kingdom and Poland. Afterwards, the Airborne flags were hoisted; the starting signal for the September Month!

An enthusiastic children’s editorial team also presented the second edition of the Airborne Children’s Newspaper; a newspaper by and for children.
